Drug Testing information
Required Documents
Please bring the following documents with you to your drug test:
- - ID Card/Driver's License
- - Employer Authorization Form or Written Consent to Test
What to Expect
- You will be required to empty the contents of your pockets into a lockable box.
- Then you will be provided with an opportunity to wash your hands prior to testing.
- You will go into our drug test only bathroom to complete your test. You will leave your test on the shelf above the toilet. Do not flush the toilet.
- Your collector will then pour your collection into the single/split bottles, and you must witness this.
- You will sign and initial the paperwork before being given your copy.
What Happens If I Do Not Supply Enough to Collect?
If you do not supply the required minimum amount for a collection, we are required to dispose of the collection. You then have up to 3 hours to try again. During that time, you are not allowed to leave the collection site, or it will be considered a refusal to test. You are allowed to drink up to 32 ounces of water during those 3 hours.
